Diving Facilities

New Tapana Liveaboard is equipped with top-of-the-line diving facilities to enhance your underwater adventures.

  • Scuba Tanks: With a range of 30-40 scuba tanks available, including 15-liter tanks for extended dives, we ensure that you have the necessary equipment for a comfortable and memorable diving experience.
  • Nitrox Systems: Nitrox-certified divers can take advantage of our advanced membrane systems, offering enriched air for extended bottom times and enhanced safety during your dives.
  • Dive Briefings: Safety is our priority, and all dives are preceded by comprehensive dive briefings. Briefings are scheduled 20 minutes before dive time, as posted on the schedule board. We strongly encourage all divers to attend the briefing to review dive plans, safety procedures, and important dive site information.
  • Equipment Storage: Our dedicated dive deck provides ample space for storing and organizing dive equipment. Our crew is available to assist with gear setup and preparation to ensure a smooth diving experience for all guests. Itinerary and Activities

Embark on an unforgettable journey with New Tapana Liveaboard as we explore the stunning destinations of the Andaman Sea. Our carefully crafted itinerary ensures a perfect balance of relaxation, adventure, and exploration.

  1. Arrival and Departure: Upon arrival, guests are warmly welcomed aboard the boat. We set sail for our destination overnight, allowing you to wake up to breathtaking views of the ocean or arrive at our destination in the morning, ready to start your adventure.
  2. Diving Days: Dive into the wonders of the underwater world on days 2 through 5 of your trip. With up to four dives scheduled per day, you’ll have ample opportunity to discover vibrant coral reefs, fascinating marine life, and spectacular dive sites. On the last diving day, we’ll enjoy three dives to ensure a leisurely end to your diving experience.
  3. Beach Excursions: Throughout the trip, we arrange beach excursions to picturesque islands and secluded beaches. Step ashore and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings, with opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and exploring the shoreline.
  4. Snorkeling: Take a dip in the crystal-clear waters surrounding our boat for a refreshing snorkeling experience. As per national park regulations, guests are required to wear life jackets while snorkeling. Our attentive crew is always on hand to assist and ensure your safety during water activities.
  5. Communication with Crew: For your safety and convenience, please inform our crew every time you plan to enter the water. Whether it’s for a snorkeling session or a refreshing swim, we’re here to assist and ensure that your experience is enjoyable and worry-free.

  1. National Park Regulations: We strictly adhere to Thailand’s national park regulations, which prohibit the collection of marine life or any other materials from protected areas. Guests are informed of these rules before embarking on their dive excursions to ensure full compliance.
  2. Respect for Marine Life: We emphasize the importance of respecting marine life and ecosystems. Guests are reminded not to chase, interfere with, or touch marine creatures, ensuring minimal disturbance to their natural habitats.
  3. Preservation of Coral and Rocks: To safeguard fragile coral reefs and underwater rock formations, guests are instructed not to touch or sit on them during dives. This helps prevent damage to these essential habitats and preserves their biodiversity.
  4. Enforcement of Rules: In the event of rule violations, our crew reserves the right to intervene and may restrict diving privileges for guests who fail to comply with regulations. Additionally, national park officers have the authority to board our vessel to enforce regulations and issue fines or charges for infractions.
  5. Notification of Penalties: Guests are informed of the potential fines and charges associated with violating national park regulations. Clear communication ensures that everyone understands their responsibilities and the consequences of non-compliance.
