When you request a trip, we collect your name, email, message and any optional telephone number, travel date, guest count or pickup details you provide. Please do not send passport numbers, payment card details or sensitive medical information through this form.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, discuss availability and help arrange services you request. This may include practical follow-up messages about your trip. Form submissions do not create a marketing subscription.
Service providers and sharing
Our hosting and email providers process information to operate the website and deliver inquiries. When necessary to arrange a service, we may share relevant details with the boat, tour or transfer provider involved in your request. These providers or their systems may be located outside your country. We do not sell inquiry information.
Cookies and technical data
The inquiry form uses a necessary session cookie and security tokens. Short-lived records based on a hashed IP address help limit abuse. Hosting logs may contain IP addresses, requested pages and technical errors. The redesigned website does not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies. External services such as WhatsApp and Facebook have their own privacy practices when you choose to visit them.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry correspondence only as needed for the request, related service arrangements and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Security rate-limit records expire automatically after 24 hours. We use HTTPS and access controls, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.
