Before you book
Check the departure pier, pickup point, exact inclusions and return time with our team. Let us know the ages of children and any accessibility requirements so the operator can confirm suitability. Do not assume every boat or activity is suitable for every traveller.
At sea
Follow the crew’s briefing and instructions, wear a life jacket as directed and take care on wet decks. Routes and swimming stops depend on weather, currents and park rules. Ask the operator about available safety equipment and any activity restrictions before departure.
What to bring
Bring sun protection, a hat, a change of clothes and a waterproof bag. Keep valuables secure and take litter back with you. Avoid touching coral or marine wildlife.
Transfers
Share your flight number, hotel and luggage needs when arranging a transfer. Confirm any child-seat requirement before booking. Keep your phone reachable around the agreed pickup time.
